How much liquid can the bulbs hold?

The original Beauty bulb holds approx 30ml  
The mini Beauty bulb holds approx 12ml 

What is the bulb made of?

The bulb is made of a high quality food grade & environmentally friendly silicon. ( same as milk bottles for infants) This is very long lasting and durable.

How long should my makeup stay in the bulb?

The bulb has been cleverly designed to ensure no oxidising  of your beauty products providing you keep the sponge on the top of the nozzle. We recommend keeping products in your bulb for up to 1-3weeks depending on your Beauty Liquid mix and climate . We strongly recommended you don't leave your beauty bulb in direct sunlight/heat & keep in your pouch. When you get home ensure you bring inside, place somewhere cool -like a bathroom ( or even in your Beauty Fridge! )

How do I clean my bulb and nozzle?

We strongly recommend cleaning the sponges daily if possible even just a good rinse in the shower. A deep clean weekly if using regularly. We recommend a mild cleanser/shampoo or a specific beauty sponge cleaner. We also recommend replacing the sponges every 3months if your sponges are used daily- watch out for our subscription program coming soon! Watch our tutorials on cleaning or message us for more help.

What products can I put in my The Perfect Squeeze beauty tool?

This is the fun part! It's completely up to you. We have used ours with foundations, BB Creams, concealers, primers, highlighters, facial oils, moisturisers, and even sunscreen !

What sponge should I use?

This is a personal preference, they both work really well for blending in your foundations/concealer.

The Blending sponge is great for larger areas of the face!

The Contour sponge gets into the smaller trickier areas. Have a play and see what works best for you!

What materials are your Sponges made from?

We have spent alot of time sourcing the perfect sponge! size, feel , shape and durability has all been major factors. Our sponges are latex free and made from a Polyurethane material. They contain Vitamin E which is a nutrient required by the body. No crumbling. Environmentally friendly - after being placed in the ground for a period of time they turn to mud. Non-allergenic and great oil control. 10000% safe for use on our bodies.

Help my Sponge isn't dispersing!

This will only be one of two factors.
1.) You don't have enough product in the bulb
2.) You haven't cleaned out the sponge and some product has got stuck in the middle of the sponge and dried. Just give it a rinse and it will disperse again.

Help my product is going clumpy inside beauty bulb !

No need to stress on this one babe!! There are so many beauty liquids to choose from in todays world & some just don't like being out of their own containers- but  thats ok! Firstly try your Beauty mixture in the Beauty bulb for a smaller amount of time or change your mixture - its so fun to experiment! Even adding in some moisturiser or SPF can help. Where is my order shipped from?

The Perfect Squeeze ships from their warehouse in Bay of Plenty, New Zealand.

Will I be charged customs/import duties?

Orders to countries outside of New Zealand may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs.

Help my package is lost! What do I do?

Please email us with your order details so we can help you out. Unfortunately, we are not liable for orders that have been scanned as delivered.

Can I cancel an order or change my address?

Once your order is placed its not possible to change, cancel or update your order as its an automatic system that cant be stopped once the order has been placed. This ensures our orders can be fulfilled promptly.

How can I check the status of my order once its been placed?

If you created an account at checkout you will be able to sign in and view your order status. Alternatively, email us for an update.

Is there a price guarantee?

Unfortunately we do not offer a price guarantee on our orders. This means we cannot provide a partial refund if your item goes on sale after you’ve purchased it.
