Delivery & Returns
We ship worldwide via NZ Post from our warehouse in the Bay of Plenty, New Zealand. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes. All of our deliveries are Tracked.
Items purchased after 4pm Friday will be sent out the following Monday.
Estimated delivery times are as follows (Please note that these are just estimated times and they could vary depending on the whereabouts of the delivery address)
New Zealand: 1-3 days ( please allow another 2-3 days if you are Rural)
Orders up to $85 is $6 delivery, over $85 is Free Delivery.
Australia: Please allow 10-14 days for delivery
All orders up to $250 is only $20NZD , All orders over this is $30NZD
International Please allow up to 30 days for delivery
All orders up to $250 is $25 NZD, orders over $250 is $70 NZD

Delivery times may vary due to the NZ Post Delivery Network. The Perfect Squeeze are not responsible for any delays or customs charges that may relate to your online purchases.
The Perfect Squeeze do not process shipping Saturday through Sunday (working days only included with estimated shipping times).
Delivery times may increase during promotional periods.
Please allow 24 hours for the warehouse to process your order if it was placed on a Weekend or Public Holiday.
Once your order has been scanned you will receive a shipping email and you will be able to begin tracking your shipping.
Orders will be delivered between 7am and 9pm and will require a signature on delivery. If you’re not home when the delivery is attempted, the driver will leave a card in your mailbox including information on how to collect your parcel at your nearest NZ Post outlet.
Once your parcel has been delivered to the shipping address, The Perfect Squeeze takes no responsibility for any damage, loss or theft that may occur.

Due to hygiene reasons unfortunately we are unable to process returns on our Beauty Products.
If your Item is faulty please send us a detailed email outlining the reasoning for your reason to return the product to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be required to organise the product to be sent back to us (we will give you shipping details via email) and we recommend using tracked shipping incase of losing the product in the mail. Please also have your order number on the returned package so we can easily identify it.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND PRODUCT BACK TO US UNLESS YOU HAVE HEARD BACK FROM US.
We will then be in touch within 2-3 days, please allow up to 14 days for return to be completed.
Will not be responsible for the costs of returning any products for refunds.
RETURN TYPES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Please note, for hygiene reasons we cannot refund or credit any items that have been used/damaged & items must have all boxes and packaging intact. ( unless a manufacturing fault we will not accept.)
We are sorry if this is the case! Please email us within 5days of receiving your order with your order number and photographs of the incorrect/faulty product. We will be in touch to resolve the issue ASAP.
